New properties to rent in Dorset

Six new properties are now available to rent in Dorset, it was
announced today (June 16th).
Local families in Hazelbury Bryan will have the choice of the
recent developments, which were opened by the North Dorset District
Council and Signpost Housing Association.
Signpost's chairman Ian Keys said that the new properties will help
people have more choice about where they live in the area.
"Our roots are in north Dorset and we are very proud that we have
been able to provide a further six homes in the district for local
families," he said.
Councillor Mervyn Jeffrey added that the project was the beginning
of a larger property development scheme for the council, which
hopes to support the provision of up to 700 new affordable houses
within the next six years.
Nearby in Somerset, developer Persimmon Homes has announced its
intention to construct more than 50 new houses on a former landfill
site, Burnham-On-Sea.com reported earlier this week.
